Different types of Pilates

Group Mat classes are a great choice for those that find it more motivating and fun exercising with other people. Exercises are modified to suit all levels. If you have never practiced Pilates before or have an injury, an initial one-on-one is advisable before joining a group class (but not essential).

Online Pilates classes are ideal for those who enjoy the convenience of exercising from their own home. For those that travel, online classes mean you can log-on from anywhere around the world.

These classes are held on Zoom on Monday 9.30am – 10.30am
Recordings are also available for those that can’t make the live class.
Reformer & Studio Lessons
These are held as a 1:1 private lesson in a fully equipped studio in Harpenden.
Monday 10am – 5pm
Tuesday 10am – 5pm
Thursday 10am – 5pm
Friday 8.30am – 4pm
